Ankstore.us accepts returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included.

Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box undamaged.

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Starting a Return
Contact us at support@ankstore.us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it was approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may take several business days to post the refund.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
